Information you choose to send
If you contact Bright Testing, the information you provide may include your name, work email, company or project name, product URL, platform, requested QA service, target date and message. This information is used to respond to your enquiry, assess a potential engagement and maintain relevant business correspondence.
Please do not send passwords, production credentials, API secrets, payment-card data or unnecessary sensitive personal data through the public website.
Contact form behaviour
The current proposal form prepares a message in your own email application so you can review and send it. The website does not submit the form to a separate Bright Testing form database in this release.
Purpose and legal basis
Enquiry information is processed to respond to steps you request before a possible contract and, where applicable, for legitimate business interests such as maintaining relevant professional correspondence and protecting the website from misuse. Contractual and legal-obligation bases may apply once an engagement begins.
Local browser storage
The site may use limited local browser storage to remember a service selected before opening the proposal page. This is used only to make the enquiry flow more convenient and is not used for behavioural advertising.
