Terms

Website terms.

Simple terms for using the Bright Testing website and its public QA resources.

Website information

The material on this website is provided for general information about Bright Testing services and software quality practices. It is not a substitute for product-specific technical, legal, security or compliance advice.

No automatic service engagement

Submitting an enquiry, opening an email draft or reading a QA guide does not create a client relationship or commit either party to an engagement. Scope, deliverables, access, timing, fees and confidentiality are agreed separately before paid work begins.

QA scope boundaries

Bright Testing provides software quality assurance services within an agreed scope. Unless explicitly included in a written scope, QA work should not be interpreted as a penetration test, formal cybersecurity audit, legal compliance certification, accessibility conformance audit or guarantee that software is defect-free.

Intellectual property

Original Bright Testing website text, guides, visual identity and sample materials may not be republished as your own work. Reasonable linking and short attributed references are welcome.

Third-party links

This website may link to third-party services or public client references. Bright Testing does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, privacy practices or content.

Liability

Bright Testing aims to keep public information accurate and useful, but website content is provided without a guarantee that it is complete, current or suitable for a particular product decision.

Governing context

Bright Testing is operated in Romania / EU. Any paid engagement is governed by the separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work accepted for that engagement.

Updates

These website terms may be updated as the site or services evolve. Last updated: 20 August 2026.
